RIFT 1.8 will throw you out into a world of new exiting features. There are several great changes and additional features, and I’m about to sum them up into a list for you.

The New stuff of 1.8

1. New world event
2. New twenty player with extended ability.
3. Leaderboards
4. Fishing and survival features
5. Guild Finder
6. New adventure on Ember Isle

Deeper into The Leaderboards

I would like to loop on the third point from the list. Leaderboards is the coolest new feature from 1.8 version because it can help players to compare what it would be like to face off against each other. These are seven new exciting thing that leaderboard brought to you, they are namely

1. New leagues and divisions
You should remember that leaderboards will never give you bonuses, but they are perfect to evaluate or to compare your game progress with others. Group filters are divided into four types:
a. Division.
b. Guild.
c. Friends.
d. Top fifty.
You will play on one of these five leagues, Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum and Diamond.

2. Time
You can select one of these three time option on leaderboards, namely
a. All time.
b. This week.
c. All week.
This feature will help you to compare your game progress with your previous achievement nor to see your current score and game improvement.

3. Function or uses
Leaderboards tend to create exciting competition between players because you can use bragging rights to nudge other player attention by showing your perfect achievement.

4. Categories
These are five 1.8 version categories on leaderboards that you can use to propel your game.
a. PVE general
You can find things like artifacts, race mob kills footholds and invasions defeated and etc.
b. PVP
You can see you game progress with PVP
c. Crafting
d. PVE group
e. PVE raid

I think the leaderboards will offer us a helluva’lot of fun experiences. Let’s play guys!

Hey guys, I prepared today one more build for you it’s a Rift Warrior Build PvP for Rift 1.5 Update, well actually it’s for 1.4 but this can prepare you for upcoming 1.5. With this build you can get in Updated version of Rift. So let’s begin.

Our main soul will be Paragon and second and third are Champion and RiftBlade.

Paragon

Put 5 points in Combat Precision, then you want to put 5 in Duality of Mind.

Moving up to Teaching of the Rings you will also put 5 there, then put 3 on Double Jeopardy.

Stick 3 points in Grace of the five Rings, pick up Wrist Strike and then stick 5 on Flowing Strikes.

Pick up Bend like reed, pick Touch of tranquility as well, and put 2 on Improved Flowing Strikes. And for the final point in Paragon you want to pick up Death touch.

That should be all for Paragon you should have 2 points in these tree moving on Champion soul tree.

Champion

You want to put 5 on Titan’s Strength and 5 on Take no Prisoners.

Now stick 1 on Deadly Strikes and 1 on Grimm’s Satisfaction. Next put 1 on Thunderous kick.

Pick up Battlefield Intimidation, and Blitz, stick 2 on Lingering wounds and pick up Ruthless Pursuit.

Now put 2 on Follow trough and finally put 2 points into Overrun. So you can see what have we done with the champion. Now moving on the final Riftblade tree where we are going to pick a few skills.

RiftBlade

Stick 5 points on Elemental Flux and 5 on Rift Fury.

Pick up Freeze Armor and pick up Improved Fork.

And that is Warrior PvP Build done, a very good build, Give this build a chance and see how it goes.

Ok so you are use to to expect some builds for your characters from me but in this post I will try to help the beginners who are just starting to play Rift.

I am going to give you here some useful tips that you can use to help you progress through the game much more rapidly than would normally be possible.

None of these leveling tips for Rift require any form of hacking or cheating, so there is no chance of getting your account banned or getting in trouble.

Ok let’s begin.

If you want to level up quickly in Rift, here is what you need to do:
PS: this is general guide so it works for all four callings in the game

Play in regular, short bursts- playing for 30 minutes everyday, as opposed to one 5 hour long session a week, is likely to yield faster leveling results. Why? Because you stay focused on the game more easily over a short period of time.

Do as much PvP as you can, you gain a lot of experience this way. Try to do it daily You would be mad not to do any PvP, even if you prefer fighting regular ‘AI’ enemies.

Do many quests
Dungeons, which you complete in a small group, offer excellent opportunities for experience and loot. Please note that you need to be level 17 in order to be able to take part in dungeon exploration.

Perform Rifts and Invasions regularly- remember that you get more points for completing the level than you do for defeating enemies. Therefore, completing the Rift or Invasion should be your primary objective. This will net you tons of experience points.

Ok this is it for now follow this five steps when you enter the game for the first time and don’t know what to do. Now you know.

Follow these and you will gain experience rapidly and that is awesome.

Ok let’s talk today about Runecraftung if someone of you does not know what that means well, Runecrafting is a skill (actually known as a crafting profession) Many RPG games and MMORPGs have similar systems to Rift’s crafting system. In this Rift Runecrafting Guide you are going to learn more about this rewarding and useful profession.

The runeshards and runes that are created by Runecrafting can then be used to augment your equipment, and therefore imbue it with special properties, boosting all manner of useful stats such as your dexterity, damage, critical hit chance and more (for a full list of what every rune and runeshard does, click here). Basically, runecrafting is a great way to boost your character’s strength and abilities.

You will need to get a trainer for Runecrafting, these can be found at the following locations:For Defiant, you can find your Runecraft trainer in- Freemarch, Kelari Refuge, and Meridian.

For Guardian, you can find Runecrafting trainers in- Silverwood/Argent Glade, and Sanctum of the Vigil.
There are some runes and runeshards you cannot pay with normal ‘currency’ to be trained in the making of. Instead, you will have to use Artisan’s Marks to get these more powerful runes.

At the heart of Rift runecrafting is Runebreaking. It is through the use of this skill that you will obtain most of the ‘ingredients’ needed to craft your runes. You can use Runebreak on magical items, as well as many non-magical items to produce varying materials. You need to use runebreak on uncommon, rare, or epic items, however. Runebreak is quite an important skill, and it will be covered in-depth on this blog at a later date.

You can also upgrade Runecrafting components such as ‘uncommon powder’, ‘uncommon shard’ etc. As long as you have the required number of the component you can use it to create the upgrade.

An example of how this works is as follows:
3 uncommon powers make 1 uncommon shard
or
5 kinetic arcs make 1 kinetic charge

You will discover more of these as you explore and progress through the game.

As you can see from this Rift runecrafting guide, it is a powerful yet complex crafting profession. It is one of my favorites, although it can take a long time to master.

RiftPVP Builds – Mage: The best combo!

Ok since I already talked about the best builds for all four characters (don’t worry there will be more) I decided to write a little about the best soul combination for Mage!

A lot of you who plays Rift already played World of Warcraft so you know that warfronts are like battlegrounds.

There are a variety of things to do if you are a PvP person, like me, so you will never find yourself bored.

This is maybe why Rift PvP is the best it’s never boring every time something new happens and plus people get killed out there so this is just a BIG plus. But that’s just off topic now.

Let’s talk Mage now I recommend everyone to take a combo of Dominator/Stormcaller using Transmogrify is the best thing for this character.

Do you think that you play very good with Mage? If that’s so take Stormcaller and Archon because you get control abilities and debuffs while still having the ability to do a ton of damage. It does require some skill and practice to master though. You can’t just spec into it and expect to kill everyone in your path.

I hate going up against mages in PvP just because they can use knockback, which can get annoying pretty fast, especially in Codex.

This is really really small summary of which are the best PvP Builds for Mage to use in the battles. More detailed coming out soon. Until then start leveling your character to level 50. If you need help with leveling check out this link here.

Hi, ok since I gave you one builds for all the rest main characters there is only one left MAGE. I will give you awesome build for you to use in PvE and PvP.

Ok I am going to write as clear as possible for you and you just follow my instruction and you will have very good build.

Ok you need three souls and they are Pyromancer, Archon and Dominator and our first sould will be Pyromancer soul for this build.

First put 5 points into Ignition, then your next 3 points into improved fireball.

Now move across to the Archon three and put 2 points into Soul fire.

Then get back to Pyromancer and put 3 points into Improved Grounding and another 3 into Combust.

Then put one more point into Soul Fire on the Archon Tree and get back to Pyro again and pick up Flicker.

Put 1 point into Improved Smouldering Power and then you can hop back across and finish off Soul Fire so you will now have 5 points in Soul Fire. Now pick up Fire Strom on the Pyro tree and put a point into Improved Flame bolt.

Now you need to go back to Archon and pick up Exhilaration and put 2 points into that one.

Now you need to finish off with Improved Flame Bolt and pick up the new skill Pyromancers Armor and put your next 3 points into Wildfire which is right next to it.

Then head across to Exhilaration and put another point into that one.

Put another point into Improved Smouldering Power in the Pyro tree.

Then you can pick up Backdraft and put 4 points into Improved Ground of Power.

Now you can go for it and pick up Heat Wave right at the top of the Pyro tree.

Next hop over to the Archon tree again and finish off Exhilaration with a point.

Then on the same tree pick up Leeching Flames.

Still sticking with the same tree put 3 points into Martyrs Solace.

Then head back to the Pyro tree and put another point into Improved Ground of Power and then same tree put 3 points into Burning Bright.

Finish up Improved Smouldering Power on the same tree and then pick up Burning Bonds.

Also pick up Improved Burning Bonds and then Unbreakable Burning Bonds as well!

Your next 3 points should go into Fire shield and then finish off the build with maxing out Fiery Concentration and Fiery Resolve.

Today I am going to write about making macros, I had a lot of requests asking my about some guide on Macro’s and how to make some.

First what is Macros?

Macros is ability to have multiple item sets for different roles…

You may need to perform some of this abilities and now you will be able to do that whit a drop of a hat.

Equip all the items that you need for a specific role
/saveequip #
Where # is the number for the item set.. so for example, /saveequip 1 or /saveequip 2

When you are creating Macro it should first contain the /loadequip # command corresponding to your armor that you choose and then /role # for the role that you are switching to.

For an equipment set for your first role, open the macro UI and start creating a new macro and enter the following commands:

loadequip 1
/role 1
Here are some Macro Commands:
Macro Commands

There is a lot more to this but there is no space left for me to write but check out my other post on this as well.

In this post I will be giving you one pretty good Mage leveling build for PvE. This build will get you to level 47. Ok if everyone is ready let’s begin we are going to use Pyromancer, as our main tree then Dominator and finally Elementalist at the end.

What are you going to do first is Max-out Improved Fireball in Pyro tree:

Then put 5 points into Ignition.

Now put 2 points into Fiery Concentration.

Then put maximum points into Combust.

Ok after that put 1 point into Burning Bonds then 2 points into Improved Burning Bonds.

Now pick up Flicker then Fire storm.

Ok Now 3 points into Burning Bright then 3 points into Improved Flame Bold, 3 points into WildFire.

That done 1 point into Pyromancer Armor then pick up Unbreakable Bonds.

Put 1 point on BackDraft and then right at the top pick up Heatwawe.

Ok that’s all for the Pyromancer soul there has to be 31 points in that tree. Now we go across to the Dominator Soul tree.

First we are going to put 2 points into Quick thinking then 3 points into Clinging Form.

Now put 5 points into Acumen and 5 into Controlled Opportunity.

Go and put 4 points into Swift Control then head over and pick up Quicken Form.

Ok that’s all for the Dominator Tree now get over to Elementalist and get 5 points into Biting Cold.

Then put also 5 points into Elemental Link and our last point we are going to put into Icy Carapace.

That’s all for the Mage right now, this is Level 47 build and it’s excellent for the Soloing. This is very good PvE Build and it gives you a lot o damage. If you maybe thinking of trying Mage this is the best build to start with.

I hope you like this build!

Ok in this Rift Invasions guide I will be going over the exact mechanics behind invasions, why they happen, and the best way to earn experience and rewards from them. Let’s start with the simple questions like what and where?

What are Invasions?

In Rift when we say invasions this refers to a group of enemies which invades Telara. Every invasions have their specific goal that they are trying to complete. This is usually one of the quest hubs marked on the map.
Invasions can be both Planar (i.e. elemental enemies) or faction-based (Guardians invading Defiant territory or the other way around). The largest invasions are Planar based.

When Invasions Appear?

Invasions do not simply occur out of thin air. They have an origination: either Rifts or Footholds. The strength of each invasion depends on what it was spawned from and the number of players in the zone.

When a Rift is active but undefeated, it will occasionally spew out invaders. Invaders will then go on a crash course, usually for the closest quest hub. Major Rifts tend to spawn more powerful invasions than Minor Rifts. Sometimes an invasion force will set up a foothold. Footholds are simply structures which appear on the ground and are defended by a small force. Footholds are very dangerous it can create invasions every few minutes.

How can I Defeat an invasion?

Every invasion has their leader, something like a commander. This is always the most powerful opponent in the invasion force. All you need to do is do destroy the leader once you do that the invasion is automatically defeated.

One more thing if Invasions establish a foothold then you first need to destroy them and then go after the commander.

How can I participate in Invasions? How do I get in?

When you are fighting an invasion, rift, or foothold, a “participation bar” will appear in the right side of the screen right under the mini-map.

As you deal damage to the invasion or rift objectives, the participation bar will increase. You need to hit at least the first “rung” on the meter to get the experience and planarite bonus. Building up this participation bar is important. The higher you get on the participation bar, the better your planarite reward will be. Note that everyone in the party gets faction for defeating an enemy, regardless of participation. Players only have to hit the first rung (1/4 of a bar) to get experience points.

I could write about this for hours but the only way to really be good at invasions is to try.

Invasion Rewards

No Rift invasions guide would be complete without mentioning the rewards.

There are three rewards you get for participating in invasions: planar currency, experience points, and faction points Actually I talked about Planaries, look around this blog and find out what to do when you have planaries.
As mentioned in the previous section, players get experience points for completing rounds in Rifts or defeating invasion bosses.

Ok I am going to stop here because I pretty much explained what you need to do now get in there and do what I told you. Get going, I’ll still be here when you get back

You are on this page because you are looking for a good Rift Guide. There is a bunch of Rift Guides out there but not all of them are good.

First, you need to look for a guide that has a regular updated and most of them don’t. Second you must look for most comprehensive guide that contains, both Guardian and Defiant Leveling guide. Most of the guides out there contains only one of those, but Rift Supremacy guide contains both. Next you must look for the best builds in a guide, you don’t want to lose your time in leveling with bad builds.

Does Rift Supremacy guide contains all of that?

No it doesn’t it contains more of all the guides that I reviewed, Rift Supremacy is the only one that contained both Written and Video instructions on leveling plus the best builds that will Sky Rocket you trough the game. Also Rift Supremacy contains VIP members only Forum where you can regularly exchange builds with other members. One more thing Rift Supremacy is regularly updated for all upcoming patches absolutely cost free.

Do I really need this Rift guide?

No you don’t but if you want to fast level trough the game and not to worry about the bad builds than you need one that’s for sure. These days there are bunch of forums that gives free builds but they won’t take you too far (you can try but you are spending more of your time not playing instead).

Feel free to look around the blog as there are whole lot of tips from Rift Supremacy.
